Adil Thoker is believed to have aided Pakistani terrorists in carrying out the assault in Baisaran Valley. Anantnag Police has offered a reward of Rs 20 lakh for information leading to the capture of Thoker and two Pakistani nationals, Ali Bhai and Hashim Musa, responsible for the attack.
