Aryna Sabalenka sailed through to the third round of the Italian Open with a convincing 6-2, 6-2 victory over Anastasia Potapova. The world number one will now face Sofia Kenin in the next round. Sabalenka has been on a winning streak, reaching the final of her last four tournaments and securing 1000 series wins in Miami and Madrid. In the men’s tournament, Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev are also set to compete for the title.
